On June 16, 2024,  the hottest day of this summer and Father’s Day, our air conditioner unit went out. We made a phone call to Proper Climate, Inc and the HVAC tech, Cole Livingston, arrived quickly, assessed problem and had us up and running in not time at all after replacing condenser fan motor. We used our appliance warranty and was assigned Proper Climate as our service and installer. Every person was SUPER kind to work with and talk too.
